So the lender will stop using the appraiser. -Which I stated, for being an A--hole.
Tell me, where in this process does an appraiser get disciplined or be put on some kind of vague radar? Which was my original point. Seems like you are the one with poor reading comprehension.
You might be the one with poor reading comprehension, the exact thing that you blame other AF members of having.
Stick to my original reply. Don't change courses so you can tell the world how much of a big boy you are.
It is obvious that you are another in a line of AF posters who likes to argue for the sake of arguing even about topics that you obviously know little or anything about so I am now done with you...just keep babbling on with your nonsense but don't expect any more responses from me...it is all just background noise anyhow.
The request is not going to disappear because the issue was identified by the FHA itself, not the lender. Any appraiser who is stupid enough not to immediately fix an error that the FHA identified should not complain if the FHA starts reviewing all of that appraiser's work and/or ends up sanctioning the appraiser
I would have to see proof that FHA and not some underwriter requested it. While I do believe a lender/underwriter might stretch the truth to get something, I don't believe FHA would request this as there are other pics of the garage.
