FHA Side Pictures?

I always shoot both the sides as shooting the front and rear from an angle typically does not show much of the side.

Sometimes I even shoot the sides from both the front and the rear as a fence may separate what is viewed and I am really covering the area

At some point a longtime ago I do recall FHA requiring 2 fronts and 2 rears, one from each corner, showing proper drainage, on new construction. I can not find it in writing, and it may have been a central Florida thing, But I do definitely recall the requirement. Perhaps the underwriter is confusing that old requirement. Out of habit, I still do it.

Old habits are hard to break. Still to this day when inspecting a property, I record in my notes if the subject has swale or storm sewer, and if it has curbs and street lights. Those were questions on the old 1004, and I have never changed my routine...
