They could have moved the house there too and set it on concrete block piers etc. See what I'm saying...
True , but the appraisal is for the house/ not the sheds ....

If sheds are in such poor condition it is cheaper to remove them as you determined they are safety/health threat due to dilapidated conditions...it would cost more to fix them /bring them up to structurally sound then tear them down...subject to removal imo. ...

The appraisal is for the REAL ESTATE and associated improvements, not the house or the sheds.

A buyer is paying X $ for the house and lot, not the ugly dilapidated sheds unless they are insane...the sheds have no contributory value to the real estate and might even be a negative. in any event MPR is remove or fix health/safety issues in my opinion remove sheds is better option.

I am GOD. Remove the warts! Is that your duty as a FHA appraiser?

duty ( requirement MPR ) to remove if health /safety issue which OP determines it is, not remove because of ugly. If the sheds were just ugly but safe and sound leave them.,

An FHA appraiser does not have the GOD like capacity to require removal of a pimple. Check yourself. We report, others decide. The GOD complex is over rated and over used,.

GOD?/ Huh? Again, I am not talking about pimples//ugly, it is an MPR REQUIRMENT to fix or remove health and safety items or structures, how can you not get that ? How does is doing our drudgery low status job translate to a god complex?

More like afraid to do our job is a worm complex?

FHA appraisers do not require anything. They report MPR deficiencies. The lender/client and DEU REQUIRE repairs.

fine, you know that is what I meant when I wrote it...

No. You "require" stuff. I am sure your reports are written that way. I hope your GOD complex doesn't come back to bite you in the arse.
