The only down side I can see to that big hook is shrubs, but that is a problem anyway. Just back out away from shrubs and reel it up. Start over.

I have an issue with downsprouts on the corner edges. I can't hook up against the corner and I know I'll get an estimate when the tape is not straight across.
An estimate there and there and could be off from squaring off the whole house. Ugh.

I hook to the gutter and use my little steel tape to measure to edge of gutter.. The gutter has gap in it somewhere that both my 100 ft tape and 25 ft steel tape will stick down in the gap. Sometimes I measure backwards and stretch tape on ground and go under gutter.

It is the hook that breaks off on mine. I don't ever remember breaking the tape like in the middle. Your putting that Fernando Muscle on that tape. LOL

When I thought the door lock is open, I pulled the handle and it finally broke. Wife very upset.
I have to go through other door to get to driver's door to open it. Didn't have chance to get it fix.

Stuff just breaks sometimes. It is just the way it is.

Your too funny. With your money, you should have had warranty on that car and door handle.

I am being honest. But it is probably pocket cash to you to fix door handle. Cash might not work to solve wife has with the door handle.

View attachment 61912View attachment 61913These are appraiser specific tapes. The Adir is quite a bit cheaper on Amazon than the Sokkia is on Forestry supply. I didn't check if Amazon has the Sokkia - it wasn't on the first page that popped up.

Read the Amazon reviews for AdirPro, one person said it made it only 2 months, everyone says same thing, hook is good, everything else is cheap, low quality.
