Just switched from ACI (got full refund )
Both 2.6 and 3.6 look pretty good. I like that it's a local solution, none of that cloud bs.
Sketch-It however... not to use stronger words, is much inferior to ACI Sketch. Is Sketch32 any better?

Also curious about this

People say good things about ACI sketch, what is so nice about it?
Way too many things to name them. Way better QoL and esthetic. And I didn't think ACI Sketch was anything special to write home about. If I had to compare, Apex was like a Lexus (when I used it about ~15 yrs ago), ACI Sketch is like an Acura, and Sketch-It is like a Dodge Caliber :) Not to **** on SFREP, by any means, I'm so far very happy with Appraise-It Pro, both for 2.6 and 3.6, and with the support options - videos, knowledge base, developer involvement, etc - they feel much better than ACI.

Been using SFREP forever. I use it with Apex and have always had good results. It's worth the one-time extra cost.

I will live and die with total. I look at owner now as corelogic. They just haven't reached the pinnacle yet.

If they claim bankruptcy, I will quit with total.

Now, Corelogic is total software. Corelogic bought alamode.

The sketching program is why I didn’t go with SFREP. That and it doesn’t have a mobile app. I stuck with Total. If SFREP had a good sketching program and mobile app I may have switched. But there were a few other things I wasn’t thrilled about it such as no digital workfiles. In the past I used APEX. If you can plug that in, that may be the way to go. I just did’t want to spend more money on a sketching program. Same with a mobile app. Just another expense.
