If it is a digital answering recorder/machine---DO NOT UNPLUG IT-and get the message recorded before you have a power outage

I now have the voice mail message also. I'm thinking she will make a great 'poster child' for why those involved in any part of loan origination should not have anything to do with the appraisal process. "The voice mail about to be heard around the world" ?

PLEASE, you all need to get everything like this you get to me.
My email: pec514 @ yahoo. com (remove the spaces)

BTW, she is very point blank that the appraiser that "doesn’t provide good customer service" is the one that would dare deliver an appraisal under the value she said she wants and/or actually expects to be paid for an appraisal that didn't hit the value she wants. It's almost amusing to listen to her demanding a refund of the appraisal fee.

Its so amusing, it almost makes me want to cry. My God .... what a horrid business we find ourselves in. Anyone have any good second career ideas for after 45?

If she is this corrupt, and arrogant on top of that, you can bet she is deep in it everywhere.

When you go fishing ya go where the fish are. The FBI might want to go fishing at this once hidden secret honey hole!

Bearslide, sorry dont no how to do spook stuff! FTR, good for you, fight the good fight.

Anybody else getting actually sick to there stomach over this rampant fraud and just down right crookedness of Bankers!!!!

Those that offered assistance - thank you! - but let me be clear on what I am trying to do.

I have 3 emails - the first where she let me know I missed her target number, the second advising her co-workers to blacklist me (which is the one I posted) and a third, re-iterating the blacklisting statement. But on the voice message, she comes right out and says that I didn't hit her number and that's not "good customer service".

Here is where I need techie help - the message was left on an answering machine - not voice mail. I need to be able to capture that message in a sound file that can be emailed to the proper authorities. My son thinks I could hook up a microphone to my computer, play the message and somehow transfer it to a sound file that could be emailed. Can this be done? If so, anyone know how?

YES

I'm thinking of opening up a fish taco stand in Puerto Morales. Want to make an equity investment?

Actually you and I are thinking along the same lines ... and my business idea would be quite complimentary to yours.

Bless you Bill - yes, it is digital. Thanks Mike - and thanks to all who are trying to help.

I got it to Pam the old fashioned way - simply called her and played it into her voicemail, so it is backed up - but I am sure this won't be the last time I will want to save a message, so I'll get it figured out from one of the many links you guys have provided, both PM and here.

Thanks for the links all - will let you know how this works out.
