Another appraiser having a major meltdown- UAD -Software-Anxiety often defined as the appraiser having paralytic moments with sudden seizures and nightmares. While awake the appraiser may be calm and cool and his report is finally finished and ready to deliver . Another good day all is smooth in the hood until he goes to create the XML and that nasty no good software says XML cannot be created until all errors are corrected. That's when the appraiser goes bonkers and is so delusional he actually starts believing his software provider is going to fight with the mighty Fannie & Freddie. ( Solution Below )
1- Get over it because it's not leaving soon.
2- Turn-off your Uad format and only do non-lender assignments.
3- Consider medical marijuana
4- Consider another career like working in the tool department at Home Depot
5- Realize most software providers hate appraisers and so do we.
6- Listen to AC DC - Thunder-Struck or Highway To Hell ( appraiser hell )
8- Start some nasty arguments with other appraisers on multiple forums.
9- Start a 12 step program for appraiser anxiety.
10- Get the hell out of Georgia- to many big-bugs and humidity.
11- Come to California we are officially a Sanctuary State. ( undocumented-unlicensed- no problem )

In my opinion, if anyone should be mad about this data theft it should be the MLS services.

The MLS services are owned by big boys like Corelogic and ServiceLink. They don't care.
Where would I self deport to? I don't have ANY documents.
