It's usually only a personal attack when I post something. This is a replay of the Brad Ellis thread. Ironic.
Or me. :icon_biggrin:

Why Doty doesn't say which AMC is reputable and which one has been around for many years, without incident.Doty also had advice for appraisers regarding AMCs: “Make sure you are dealing with a reputable” one since they come in “all shapes and sizes” and some have been around for many years, without incident.

Due to the number of issues continuing to get clarified as debate about the code’s impact on AMCs, appraiser independence and other related issues, attendee John Cirincione, SRA, general appraiser and director of business development for JVI Solutions, in Lake Mary, Fla., said the theme presenting itself at the first day of meetings is that “a need for higher-level analytics is coming back.” He added that the need to leverage technology and new tools for analysis “are important to embrace to not only increase efficiency but more effectively analyze large data sets in providing credible appraisal reports.”
Now that is funny. What LARGE data sets is he talking about. I am lucky if I can find 2 comparable sales.
Please DO cite exactly one example of any NEGATIVE comment made by me in ANY of my prior posts. The INFO is in the public domain and simply historical in nature. In the absence of which, I assume you will also publicly apologize for your erroneous personal attack. Thanks in advance.
Mike, please cut the b.s. We all know exactly what the point you were trying to make by starting this thread. The point is that you were trying to inpugn the reputation of Fannie Mae and the chracter of Sue Potteiger by pointing out that that Fannie Mae hired the former chief appraiser of a failed institution. You fail to mention that Sue Poettiger left WAMU over 4 years before it failed and 2 years before the misconduct cited in the article that you posted about WAMU. The clear implication of your post was that Fannie hired a crooked former chief appraiser from a corrupt institution. Ms. Poettiger was hired bny Fannie Mae over 1 year ago and the point of your post was not simply to provide background information about a new hire at Fannie Mae. I notice that you have not posted the background information of any other recent Fannie Mae (or Freddie Mac) hires. The point of your post was to take a cheap shot at Fannie Mae and Sue Potteiger. I know it, you know it and most people who read this thread know it. If you are going to rip somebody, at least have the cohones to admit it. You made a personal attack without any facts or evidence to back up your personal attack and then when you were called out, you deny making a personal attack. What a complete and utter joke. You actions are the actions of a coward in my opinion.
I just don't get it? what harm was done? The lady is a Chief Appraiser that used to work for Wamu and now is going to work for Fannie? How is it a smear?
Unless, TimD, Badge number #354 aka "Government Plain Clothes Police" wants to incite a covert shoving match which will have everyone thrown in jail, Oops! I mean have this thread removed.Yes Tim, we know, you're from the government and you are here to help.
If you want to bash anyone, bash the AI. It's their announcement.

I didnt know that one person could read another persons mind, interpret their thoughts, and have that mean anything? Doesnt work in court does it Tim? Why should you have such divine knowlege of Mr. Kennedys thoughts?
I mean Fair is Fair. Frankly, you dont have any idea .. only suspicion and I dont think you can convict on that .... so to that end ... I OBJECT.
