At the upper left hand corner of the page, just under the AppraisersForum logo, is a Google search field. Put your search item in the field and then click search.

Directly under the words "Search Results" (about three inches down on the left side) is a link for "Advanced Search." Click on the link and it takes you to the Advanced Search page. Or you can just bookmark that page (as I have done) for quicker access.
