Just got back home (and to the internet) after 2 1/2 weeks in Nebraksa attending all sorts of reunions and family events. If you decide on prior to October 7 or a week or two later in Las Vegas, I will be there. I want to be in Tucson on October 7th--Rich Heyn is presenting a seminar in Tucson that day on manufactured housing in conjunction with the Arizona Manufactured Housing Institute and the AI. And I am giving very serious thought to going to Valuation 2004 Nov 10-14 in Orlando, FL. I will have the cheapest accomadations in Las Vegas--a free couch at my daughter's home across the street from the southeast end of the airport. How about meeting places in Henderson--next door to Las Vegas? Away from the down town glitz--they might be cheaper and still within a 10-15 mile of the airport with shuttles from the airport provided by the casinos.

Vegas can be packed on any given weekday. I would suggest to stay away from a major holiday. Hotels may be more willing to cooperate on an off week or weekend. B)

Kate - just because you happen to live on the otherside of the US doesn't always make it "farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" for all of us. :rofl: :rofl:
