Oh my goodness!!! I relatively new poster that already understands the difference between competency and scope of practice matters under licensing!!!!!! And doesn't take offense over somebody mentioning scope of practice.
Be still my heart ... A person that actually paid attention in USPAP and other continuing education involving administrative powers? This is a rare day for the forum! WE should all sing and march around waving something.
