Freddie Mac Information on Appraiser Capacity and Production

Chart indicates purchase volume a little higher than 2017 but lower on refinance volume. I appreciate you sharing @DWiley
 
Actually, it may indicate higher on refinance volume. I don't know how avms or other factors enter in like hybrids.............
