I second that.

I signed up. Thanks for the heads up Pam.

Richard's seminar was a real treat. It was packed solid with informative data on the economy and outlook ahead.

Is there any chance of a repeat, or does someone have the notes? I had a last minute appointment this morning and couldn't make it (I did sign up last week).

It was great, something to use as reference and helps in analyzing your market and help in directing your business if you are in the RE profession. I want the power point to go over it and study it. Cheers!

Very well done presentation, for the price of a phone call. I've taken Richard's Fraud class, he is even better in person. I call him the Jim Carrey of the Appraisal Profession "Get yourself some ssssmokin' data!" Educational AND entertaining. If you've met him you know what I mean (No offense Richard!).

Thank you Pam. It was well worth 1.5 hrs of my time. He made it easy to see why some RE markets would be crashing big time and others will ride it out without taking a fall.

Today's re-run apparently not up-and-running. Registered, got the confirmation email. Clicked on GTM link at 10am PST. Shown as "connected". Dialed the given phone number. Keyed in the given "access code". Heard the prompting voice say that the "Organizer has not arrived yet. Please stay on the line".

Waited 18 minutes. Hung up, started all over again. Waited 6 minutes. Repeat all again. Waited 3 minutes. ......I guess no re-run today.

Did anybody else have that same experience ?
