I miss djd09. He should have been warned more to cool down more instead of being banned. I’m guessing he is the one that got suspended. I could be wrong. I miss Denis too. But I don’t see how djd09 could take that blame.

I was having my buttons pushed as much as anybody. JGrant told me to ignore. Lol

That’s not easy sometimes.

Eli, you da man. Sometimes you go off the rail (like the rest of us) but in spite of the baiting, name calling and bullying you endured, you remained a gentlemen and never reciprocated with like insults.

I would also wager you didn’t report the culprits or TRY to get them suspended. Nor did you cross the line when being intentionally baited. When you probably should have. I regret now not using the report feature more frequently re when appropriate for what was obvious bullying

Denis leaving was a shame. Huge loss. Djd...contributed nothing except to run off good appraisers.

Man I am sorry to hear Denis Quit- I hope he reconsiders because I don't know of any better appraiser that is located in California. There were many times I called him at his office and he was always a big help, I will give him a call this week and see what he is up to, I hope he is just taking some time off. As far as DJD I don't think he is a bad guy, maybe he just shot one to many missiles at the wrong person ?

Djd did on legal things when he wasn’t attacking somebody. He would post some really good links many times.

And many times his attacks were in response to a personal attack on him.
