I've never done it before; I would assume the process is printing to a file (the disk) rather than the printer.

Why don't you post it in the URGENT folder or the TECHNICAL folder?


And, anyone who knows how, please post. This is appraisal related and very important.

I did post in Technical, and got a couple hits, but there's not as much attention there. They suggested print to PDF, which is a good idea that I shoulda thought of, but some of the e-mails have important attachments. Printing to PDF does not include the attachments. I e-mailed Yahoo, but who knows if they will get back to me or not.

There will be instances when the licensed appraiser is not sure of the eventual appraised value when he first accepts an assignment.

Really? I'm certified and have been for over fifteen years. I never know the eventual appraised value until I inspect the property and finish the report.
