Got my comps from Zillow

I didn't focus when I left the house. I forgot to take my comps especially from MLS.
So the resourceful Fernando got his comps from his iphone.
Some of the comps I overlooked in MLS.

I have an apple desktop just sitting in my family room but I don't use it.
All my children use latest Apple laptops, Airpods, iPads.
I have iWatch but don't wear it often. I still like the "normal" watches. I have many watches including my elegant expensive Disney watch.
Back to computers, I still use PC because appraisal software only uses Windows.
If not for appraising, I would be using the Apple desktop.
