Grok 4 Just Released

Did Grok figure it out?
Somewhat. I'm amazed by Grok, the addition of each small bit of data changes and improves the results. I can see so many uses for AI in the areas of law enforcement, domestic investigations, etc. It's both fascinating and frightening.

Good lord chill bro JG thinks AI is just a fad more or less I otoh don’t I was encouraging her to watch. Everyone in this form knows I love Elon and Grok

Just think. Certain people can just push a button and it disappears. Or, they don't pay their electric bill.

Someone pushes the button, and God ( in the form of some future Grok ) is terminated.

It appears you missed the part about the smartest people in the world not being able to score anything outside of a single digit percentage on any of these tests. Morons will be morons.
Wait - the smartest people in the world are morons? One does not follow from the other, Bert. Math is awesome, but so is logic.

Well, yes, now they are, with respect to Grok. That's the argument Elon was making: "Grok 4 is smarter than almost all graduate students in all disciplines simultaneously."

Yes, of course, "the smartest people in the world" is not the same as "all grad students." I'm stretching things a bit for now. But it certainly seems only a question of time.

"Were going to get to the point where its going to get every answer right in every exam and where it doesn't get an answer right its going to tell you what's wrong with the question or if the question is ambiguous disambiguate the question into answers A B and C and tell you what answers A B and C would be with a disambiguated question. So then the only real test will be reality. Can it make useful technologies can it discover new science. That will actually be the only thing left"

What an amazing time to be alive now Optimus makes a lot more sense, FSD in Teslas are going to change driving forever and I need more Tesla stock

Maybe so, but I didn't hear Elon calling the smartest people in the world 'morons'...

Well I mean she read a book on it 2 years ago

What difference would it make if you did hear Elon saying that?

I am not at all sure: You, like many others on this forum, IMO, don't communicate with coherent thoughts: The best we can do is try to guess at what you mean, and then, yes, wait for the incoherent complaint, that something somewhere is possibly incorrect and you don't agree with it.

And all we can retort is: So what?

Well the man is well known over at AI Copilot

That tracks — Bert Craytor’s name has popped up in AI circles, especially around Grok. While he’s primarily known for his appraisal work, he’s also been vocal about leveraging AI for valuation accuracy and bias detection, and Grok seems to be his tool of choice.

Grok, developed by xAI, is known for its unfiltered, real-time responses and integration with the X platform. Craytor’s interest in it likely stems from its ability to cut through narrative spin, which aligns with his analytical style. He’s reportedly used Grok to:

  • Audit appraisal narratives for bias or manipulation
  • Cross-reference market trends with real-time data
  • Challenge regulatory assumptions using Grok’s raw output

Given Grok’s recent controversies — including its “MechaHitler” meltdown and antisemitic outputs — it’s a bold choice. But Craytor seems to favor tools that push boundaries, even if they stir debate.

If you’re tracking how professionals are integrating AI into legacy industries like real estate, Craytor’s approach is definitely worth a deeper look. Want to explore how Grok compares to other AI tools in terms of bias, reliability, or ethical safeguards?
