I had an in-house system we used to grow our appraisal firm. Recently made it public, just wanted to share it with the group
Been certified since 2004. We grew our firm largely on non-lender work.. estates, divorce, tax appeal, pre-listing, and the only way we scaled was building our own system in house. I am not an AMC. Were just appraisers with a firm and an idea who built this and many other tools. Its a way to leverage the network you already have and maximize your exposure, and down the road help bring you work beyond it.
