I don't use my phone for photos either. Appraisals don't need 10 megapixel shots. I use my point and shoot camera set at 5 megapixels and go ham on taking photos. I take photos of the thresholds, Cabinetry, flooring, ceilings. I don't know which knucklehead contractor thought it was a good idea putting wood / vinyl click flooring in kitchens or baths. One sink or commode overflow and the stuff is warping.I take most of these. The more I use my camera, the less I have to use my pen and pad.
