GSE Waiver & Data Collection Data

Have you heard any rumors about Fannie, Freddie, and css being merged and being slimmed down to their core function of securitizing mortgages?
Look at the stock simply amazing that it's not being covered much. Some whales have made new fortunes...lol

That's a strange take on the recent actions

The fortune is yet to be made.

It's what like 50% above the post financial crisis range.

The GSEs are already publicly traded companies with outstanding shares, so there would be no initial public offering. I don’t see how they raise capital if the share price is only $6. I think they need the share price to go higher to raise enough capital. I was more bullish on this prior to Pulte being announced. I think it is low probability in the next few years, but it could still happen in a Vance administration or down the line.

Price action is still bullish. I trust that more than anything I read or hear.

Yeah why I bought at $3. They have tremendous upside long term if it does happen.

User Clip: Barney Frank Don't Focus on Safety and Soundness

I DON'T WANT THE SAME KIND OF FOCUS ON SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS THAT WE HAVE AT O.C.C. AND O.T.S. I WANT TO LOAD THE DICE A LITTLE BIT MORE IN THIS SITUATION TOWARDS SUBSIDIZED HOUSING.

....and yet today there is no appraiser number hitting petition  :ROFLMAO:

That is what they are saying in the media but I don't see how wacking senior management is a sign that they are headed in the direction of privatization.
The people they whacked were all Dems and likely would not be on board with privatization, so whacking them eliminates some of the internal resistance to privatization.
