GSE Waiver & Data Collection Data

Yeah why I bought at $3. They have tremendous upside long term if it does happen.
Unfortunately, they will likely do the privatization in a way that will not greatly benefit existing shareholders by either selling a new class of preferred shares that will be placed ahead of the existing shareholders in line for any profits or issue they will issue and sell a ton of new common shares, which will just dilute the ownership interest of the existing shareholders. In the meantime, there will be some opportunities to make some profit on short term trades as there is likely to be a lot of speculation-driven trading volatility if it becomes clear that privatization is going to happen.

The people they whacked were all Dems and likely would not be on board with privatization, so whacking them eliminates some of the internal resistance to privatization.

Really? They fired only dems? lol

Why is that not mentioned in the news

This is what I think. There are short term profits or really long term.

It is good to be politically neutral.
I think there are people at the GSEs who use the Dem political apparatus to implement their politically neutral agenda of increasing market share.

The fortune is yet to be made.

It's what like 50% above the post financial crisis range.
It's being moved into a New Sovereign Wealth Fund...says Jp Morgan Chase insider and others on wall street.

All i know is it's going through steps to move it into a new home. How will that effect apprasers? No idea because the Sovereign Wealth Fund will not be a GSEs type operation. Black Rocks Ceo Mr Fink has a new vision for it's asset's.

I think that is just business. Now they will just use the republican political apparatus for their benefit. You play the cards you are dealt.

I don't think blackrock owns shares. It looks like only Bill Ackman has a significant stake at 10%. No one else has even a .1% stake.

The politicians are guilty of it too, but they can’t flip flop on the issues. People are now starting to punish businesses for their politics, which is I think is good.
