Gse's UAD 3.6 Likely Delayed Til Late '27/'28 - (copilot Analysis Today)

Too bad you don't allow PMs, Bucks ... I was about to send you a follow-up post that is "too hot" to post in the open forum .... shame really - you would have had to buy a new keyboard after your "nasal coffee spray" burst all over it .... oh, it was GOOD I tell you!!! :rof:
I'll use my imagination and assume there was a small amount of disrespect in the post. :giggle:

If there really be a shortage of appraisers, I can get my high fees.
UAD 3.6 will make clients/lenders pay us higher fees. Is that real reason for the Abomination form?
I can't speak to any shortage of appraisers BUT I am trying to slow down and therefore am accepting fewer jobs. In trying to fool the algorithm rather than declining the jobs I just bid or offer stupid fees. To my very pleasant surprise they are accepting many of them. Do with that info what you please

Final question, will you be doing UAD 3.6 reports when the time comes?

"No, I will probably get a trainee and have them deal with it."
One of the many reasons the profession is in the gutter is because of this logic. "I'll find someone desperate, pay them nothing, and let them deal with it."

That could end up being an entertaining video game for us when it gets close to the 3.6 deadline, and it could end up being profitable if it's played skillfully.
