Gse's UAD 3.6 Likely Delayed Til Late '27/'28 - (copilot Analysis Today)

The mandate date is based on the date the appraisal report is submitted (the first time) to the UCDP. It is not based on order date.
Word salad translation: To be sure the first submission doesn't slip passed the Nov deadline, lenders would be well advised to start ordering only 3.6 reports well before the Nov deadline.

Again, I have pointed out the above multiple times. The idea that a magic wand will be waived in Nov is silly, the de facto 3.6 deadline is much earlier.

Appraiser cucks for UAD 3.6 for an hour stating how great it is and how it will be mandatory before November 2026.

Admits to completing non-USPAP compliant forensic reviews for Realtors to help them rebut low appraisals.

Final question, will you be doing UAD 3.6 reports when the time comes?

"No, I will probably get a trainee and have them deal with it."

I was at an appraisal software demo class held by Jeff Bradford/ Bradford Technology/Nighthawk he said the VA will not be using 3.6, I don't if this is true or not, he didn't say where he got this information. Any thoughts?

Wishful thinking on some people's part. Their chief appraiser is hanging out in a Fakebook page dedicated to the 3.6 format (recommending fully automated, AI valuation software, which hints at their hearty acceptance of substandard valuations).

What's the group url, I want to have a look-see.

after 8 years in the making...they finally have a mandate date...congrats :rof:

Yes, I have seen them also at conferences, and they come across as puffed up self-important idiots, oblivious to the fact that they're just cardboard cutout bureaucrats.

The very fact that they're in those positions is testament to the fact that they have FAILED in life, at least when a comes to being successfully privately employed. ;)
Very well stated. They're the epitome of unwarranted arrogance and when at industry gatherings they tend to flock together. It's amusing when they wander in here on occasion and demand to be treated with deference.

Too bad you don't allow PMs, Bucks ... I was about to send you a follow-up post that is "too hot" to post in the open forum .... shame really - you would have had to buy a new keyboard after your "nasal coffee spray" burst all over it .... oh, it was GOOD I tell you!!! :rof:
