LOL...when all the people have to sell them because they can't live in them and never wanted them and can't rent them and can't by law even make a profit on them... but must still pay for them....then we can talk about them being typically motivated. Until that happens, please do yourself a favor and zip it, because you're being really ignorant by trying to compare motivations of a REO as being even remotely similar to a typically motivated seller.As far as typically motivated, if many sellers are banks and/or have similar motivations, then they ARE typically motivated.
