Business was steady from April through July, but over the last month requests for bids have fallen off a cliff. I’ve spoken to my best customers and they say it’s the worst they’ve seen in 20+ years. I don’t know if this is limited to Houston or Texas in general, but it has been VERY slow.

Only three non-viable requests this week here in rural Oregon. All complex properties located over 2 hours away that they want done in a few days for less that what I normally get here in my home town.
