Unfortunately, I am not real tech savvy. I have to call ala mode every now and then and my phone company to provide tech support. I am still on land line with wifi. We have no competition in the boonies where I live. No cable TV etc. They have a monopoly on the phone lines where I live. Just one provider. I can drive about a mile away and they have all kinds of competition and different providers. I could do satellite but I haven't shifted yet.
My TV's, phones, etc run off my wifi when I am in range. It is secured. I get way better phone service on wifi vs 5g service on phone. If wifi goes out, I can still do 5g on iphone.
If my wifi goes down, I am toast on appraisal work unless I drive to mcdonalds or somewhere with laptop. When the land line goes out, my computer service is done at home until they fix it.
I can't do appraisals on my iphone.
