Help VA Appraisers.... Any experts in here that really know the handbook I need help

Please get back to me after your interaction with YOUR client.

Read original post. 26-7 doesn't require lenders to provide condo questionnaire. VA Rep verbally said they do but could not cite source.

Hence the request for SEASONED VA APPRAISERS WHO KNOW THE HANDBOOK for assistance.

VA requires the analysis and summary of multiple items listed on the questionnaire written by FNMA but they do not appear to require lenders to provide the document and data is not available elsewhere.

From what I can tell, you are neither a VA Appraiser and you're a CG that may or may not have any experience with this whatsoever. And you have WAY too much time on your hands to be flooding this thread with constant comments and revised comments, none of which are remotely helpful.

Do you know the condo association contact? Have you spoken with them?

What information do you need baby to complete the assignment?

Whatever you need. Get it.

you could send me a Thank you.

This may help your case, it was provided as an Appraiser Guide by the Roanoke RLC in July 2012. Note it says "Review condo budget and other related info if provided with the appraisal request...".

You win the condescension award. It's appraisers like you that make this form more trouble than it's worth.

USAA is not a bad client to deal with in my experience..

However you set the SOW. If you need it, get it.

They lack the capacity to be condescending. You just have to apply the ignore feature. And don't peek, it is never worth it.
Capacity is a strong word.

You used several strong words. "capacity, condescending, ignore, peek, and worth".

LOL

"They" could be considered a strong word. My wife reminds me who is "they"?
