Ditto for me post 9 and 10, I've seen very little impact on price, but marketing time can be longer...some buyers want no part of a view like that, others don't care or use the easement for walking, dirt biking or the privacy to rear. I found market exposure more affected than price, but if your subject particular view or placement to poles is extreme it may not fit the norm .
