Got a revision last week 'flagged for bias', because a house I appraised had graffiti and gang signs all over basement exterior foundation walls and privacy fence. The photo was labeled 'graffiti'. I had no idea that word was indicative of bias?

I changed it to 'spray paint'. Retards.

Free speech only extends to those with screen names on the internet, no one else is allowed an opinion. This site included.

These people need to get out more and get offended more often. Builds character, but more importantly, a sense of humor. They are shut ins that are going crazy arguing with political adversaries on the internet because no one want to be around them. Who could they have a conversation with? Everything has to be ran through the filter of acceptable speech. Sounds like someone I want to hang out with.....

ms 13 signs are painted all over east Cleveland...they must be too busy with the j6ers

don't recall ever appraising a dairy farm .
Used to do them regularly, but from 1990-2010, 90% or more disappeared. I cannot think of a single farm I appraised that is still in business. Gone. All of them.

Because you knew something about it, or because you are a sap willing to lie based on some gut feeling?
Because I knew his character and his lewd remarks behind closed doors but I didn't know he would treat his subordinate that way.

I'll have to check... but I"m pretty sure that Solidi isn't in charge of anything except their own 'stuff'. Having said that, I expect to see more nonsense like this.
