HUD is in perfect position to totally renovate the truth in lending forms and disclosures that lenders and others are required to provide buyers and sellers and refinance federally insured transactions.

We rarely agree but yup. One of the 3 persons on my ignore list because besides what you stated...it takes him 14 posts to get there...using a single sentence per post.

Zoe this thread is not about HUD and forms or how appraisals are ordered so please-Slow down and get focused before just rambling on.

Nobody compares to HUD on power in single family residential. They do many commercial also. Nobody compares to HUD from a valuation and disclosure requirements to borrowers.

Congress would pass new disclosure requirements in a second if HUD proposed it.

Redo HUD fee panel.
 
One of the weirder modern word conventions is that you're supposed to capitalize Black when referring to black people, but you do not capitalize white when referring to white people.

I 100% totally understand how black people have a shared history in the USA based on how disgustingly they were treated by the white majority, but what does that have to do with capital letters?
