Flight to Quality

So much for the flight to quality. Just talked to broker today getting paid $55 for BPO in Riverside, CA for appraising REO properties. I am sure it is a quality report.

I've had the oportunity (more like the mishap) to look at a few of these BPO, and they seem like alot of work for $50 to $120. Not much difference between some of these BPO forms and the URAR. Some brokers claim they can do 10 to 15 a day. I dont know how.
