So yesterday I was working in the TOOLIES. About 20 miles from nearest town, along a creek and accessible by single lane road. No power, no utilities. Just gold mining claims and construction without permits.

WONDERFUL COUNTRY to see and happen to see two cougars in a field next to the property I am appraising. I am appraising a 3,800 sqft house on 40 acres without power, on spring.

But then I drive my comps and this one showed up in MLS as a 2400 sqft house. Thought you might like to have a good laugh.

Old single wide trailer with unfiinshed two story addition.

Nice one. They must be proud.

McShanty.........

Every man has a castle. This one must be his. Bet it paid for and he not upside down. No way skippie could have gotten to him?

So that's what they did with the lottery winnings...

Thats the working house for when they are panning for gold, the real house is is a 35,000 sqft italian stone mansion after they sold all the gold they found.

Did one like that some time back. Took a single wide and built a very nice two-story around it. Was a 60s era, like this one. Ugh.

Wonder if they are making sure their motorhome will fit in the garage, so they just used the trailer as a model and when the garage is finished they'll haul it out ____VOILA a perfect place to park the RV

You must be a redneck if........LOL

I ain't laffing. Last time i went by one of those, I was joking about what a nightmare it'd be to appraise....

Guess what happened about a month later?
