I am appraising one like that now. 1960s mobile is the center piece of my 40+ acre ranch that had additions added to all sides of the mobile so you cannot see it from anywhere but the step up on the inside and the center seam beam cutting through. The two story part is a house the guy is building directly behind this mobile house that is 70% done but never had a permit pulled on anything. His reason? It was barn before, you don't need permits to modify the inside...

Gotta love the rural locations.
