How is your May?

Started strong and has ended week... I thought we'd made it past the worst. I've started marketing to Attorney's.

Could've taken off most of April, but better in May. Its a pretty mixed bag this month though, a few reviews, a c ouple of estates, a couple of divorces, a few home equities, and a couple of REO's with 3 sales. close to 25 in total, Not too bad for a one man shop but it could be better. Actually had a good client call me last week and ask if I wanted to raise my fees because most of their other appraisers were doing it, mostly due to gas prices which hit $4.20 a gal. a couple of weeks ago.

I told them I'd be happy to accomodate their request. Now thats what I call a goooooooooood client.
