How many actually believe 3.6 will be fully implemented this year?

How many real appraisers assisted/contributed to or any other verb, in 3.6? It seems to be just software vendors taking over.

He looks like a guy I met at the Dallas 3.6 boot camp.

That was real, about 150 miles from here a few days ago. He is still in the hospital with a broken leg, expected to recover (only 65, but not a spry 65). The airborne one is a Touron, seen all too often during this time of year. They showed videos of the old boy on the ground afterward. He has pawing the dirt, and rolling, and bucking, and generally in a pretty good mood. Probably got some that evening if any of the ladies were watching!

The requirements for UAD 3.6 are readily available to the public.
"This document contains the UAD dataset and XML mapping based on MISMO v3.6. It includes all the details necessary to create a well-formed XML file in accordance with MISMO v3.6."

This opened in Libre spreadsheet and besides the title/header doesn't contain anything else.

Then there are a bunch of additional Appendix, "B" and "C" but those are all corrections/updates/revisions.

Where is the main body?

Regardless, this is like if someone was told to do a "Great Reset" and "clean sheet" and come up with cleaned up new and improved Govt document/program and they produced the 40,000+ pages that is the IRS Tax (spaghetti) Code...on their very first try.

I can't understand why anything the 3.6 does could be easily accomplish with a very basic DIY "design your own website including fill-able forms" tier application, at least the Home/Property inspection part.

Like I said, and I'm no lawyer, but seems like anything so complex and vast will have some "legal flaws", or at least open door to someone claiming that. Then what? Scrap the whole thing or have some Judge "work under the hood", but then any changes he makes would have to be also done on all these Vendors "products" and those in turn seem to have needed to under go a Certification process, and how long does that take? Seems like a train-wreck and SAPFU waiting to happen.

My big question is how are the various Powers That Be positioned on the issue of whether to suddenly stop most or even all Govt Backed Mortgages? And the likely answer could be "Ending Govt backed Mortgages would benefit those able do large down-payment or cash. We can't pass a law preventing Black Rock from scooping up all the houses because due to UAD 3.6 (that we could but wont put on hold) the big institutional buyers are the only ones able to buy from people that have to sell".

Looks to be nothing but a giant turbo tax like form to me. They ***** cause we re box checkers and form fillers (with forms they created by the way), then create a form that appears to have hundreds and hundreds of boxes to fill out. :rof:

What you are posted is only one of nine tabs in that spreadsheet. I have never used Libre, but in Excel the various tabs are shown at the bottom of the screen once you open the sheet

Think the truck triggered that big boy.

Had a monster walk thru a campsite outside Yellowstone while I was sitting in a camp chair. Didn't even see him until he was 10' away. Super calm, barely looked at me and my truck, even ignored the dog barking in the next campsite.....then he saw a monster RV pulling in and went full berserker mode
