How many Appraisals do you get a month from AppraiserUSA?

Ive only got one order from AppraisersUSA, but then again Im not in the top 5 spots.Maybe Wayne will consider sellings slots 5-10 one of these days. I think I would buy one.

Been trying to register with ApopresersUSA for quite some time now, most recently this afternoon. Doesn't seem to want to take my data, even though it says it was received. Has been over two hours. When will I show up???

Yes there are other appraisal directories. However the purpose of the AppraiserUSA.com forum is only for the discussion of AppraiserUSA.com, not discussion of the other directories.

We do sell a 6-15 spot if the top 5 are sold out. Place your order for a top 5 and I will invoice you for the best available positions.

If you get any orders from the free listings, that is a plus!

Hi,

You added a listing for the District of Columbia. When you enter a DC zip code your listing turns up. It is on the 2nd page of the listings of the 37 listings for DC. I don't see the problem?

If you are licensed in other states you need to add a listing for each state. The multi state listing procedure is all explained on the sign up page.

AppraiserUSA works for me

I get a couple of orders a month from AppraiserUSA, I have a top 5 position in a couple of counties and am in the free listings for several others. The fee I pay is well worth the 20-30 orders per year I get from this directory. It is the only one I've used that actually produces results.

Additionally Wayne is quick to respond with answers to questions and made the whole process quite easy. I had phone calls in the first week of enrolling, and will definitely hold on to the top 5 positions I now have.

How can I move up from 6-15?

I am considering buying a 6-15 spot. In the future, if someone gives up a top 5 spot, how is it determined who gets that spot?

The appraiser who has held a 6-15 spot the longest would be moved up to the 2-5 spot.
