I trust you. I don't know. I do know a lender would want the problem fixed due to it's impact on marketability and potential safety issues.

I guess if they got a waiver or some hybrid, the lender may not know.

Maybe a frivolous question, but isn't the credibility of waivers & ATMs questioned because critical condition, location, H&S factors, etc. overlooked????
