It's been a challenge since being cut over from MRIS last week. More information available but you have to learn how to get to it. Anyone figure how to find:

TRANSACTION TYPE? (Standard/REO/Short Sale)
FINANCE TYPE? (FHA/VA/Conventional)
Sort search results by Age? (to get high, low and"Pred.")

Love the 1004 MC reports - saves lots of time

I havn't tried yet. MRIS still working though.

I just logged into birght MLS. I always use the CMA summary view for the results but that seems to be missing now.

The bright MLS tax record does not have the structure description anymore. Bright MLS sucks. I am going to use matrix as long as i can.

Nevermind it does have the structure description.

The old MLS system, MRIS was acting strange today, I thought I would drag my feet hooking in with the new system, but they may force our hand if the old system is now all messed up. Anyone else experiencing issues with the old system?

MRIS in Howard County was turned off on 10/15.

There are multiple issues as noted above with Bright.

Sucks is being charitable.

Yesterday, I personally complained to HCAR.

Showed some of the "issues".

As a Broker and an Appraiser.

No help.

Not their problem.

Understood my problem.

I was given a card for Neal Feinberg, "Customer Success Champion".

I am attending the live event this Monday--10/22--10:00AM at the Radisson Hotel in Rockville, MD.

I conducted the exact same search on the old system and then the new system today and got different results. SWELL.

Matrix allowed for custom exports, which is useful in regression analysis, but Bright does not seem to have that option. I also did the same search in both system, with different results.
