Son the fear of going bankrupt should be bigger than the fear of being USPAP compliant....lmao

Go ahead and do it - MA appraisers won't be upset, you will be one more loser putting in fees to hopeull get a random PDC order here and there - competing with RE agents and property insperos for REO companies and any moonligher looking for extra cash-
For the record, interior inspections are assigned, not sent out in a mass request. The drive by ones are first come, first served. Usually done by agents.

Are you on staff for an AMC or lender? Or on a fee panel - it sounds like they are keeping you busy in any case-

Wonder if hybrids will be burdened with UAD 3.6? UAD 3.6 is full steam ahead, not a single software provider is able to offer a test drive. In a few months "full" 3.6 reports will have to report every encumbrance (age limits, historic overlays, income caps, etc.) in its own data field and a value impact tag (Adverse / Beneficial / Neutral), my guess is hybrids will get a pass just like the requirement to drive comps.

UAD 3.6 will accommodate hybrids. As it is a dynamic data set, the certs, etc. will change to contain the appropriate content.
