We could "modernize" the medical profession this way too. Send out someone with a checklist with no experience. We tell the doctor they have to rely on that to information to diagnose and we try to trick them into thinking they have no liability if anything goes wrong.

The medical profession is already skipping the 3rd party "inspection".

I have a nurse practioner, love her. Nothing wrong with me to see a doctors for some yearly blood work. I guess i got a doc waiver.

Of course. Meanwhile there is no dispute that "less is always less than more". Even when "less" is being deemed by the decision makers to be sufficient to purpose.

Let's be honest it's about the fee's and we saw that during Covid when suddenly the old curmudgeons who swore they couldn't complete drive byes without a physical inspection, because it would result in a misleading report, all started doing them as soon as they were told full fees or even more.

One old guy on this forum was poppjng $800.00 per exterior onlys and never wanted to ever get out of his car again to physically inspect a house. He made so much money on exterior and desktops only he purchased his wife a new $90,000 BMW for Christmas all while posting weekly how he was to ethical and believed a report was USPAP compliant if he used his steel tape to measure it.

This is the problem it's always been about the fees and money and rather than fessing up the old appraisers love to get on their moralistic high horse and talk about USPAP and ethics.

Hell it's like a listening to a **** Addict complaining that Microsoft's at fault for allowing him access by not installing Anti **** blockers that can't be unlocked.

You been to the doctor lately? That's pretty much what happens. You only see the doc a brief few minutes after the non-designated nurse does the rest. They go thru the check list, they run the wellness check. When is the last time a real doctor or even a PA checked your blood pressure? It's just a junior nurse.

At least it is someone connected to them, like using a trainee would be. its not sending me in, and if the doctor has questions they can't ask me, and he is pressured to go off my findings even if he sees different.

There’s a wealth of data that’s been accumulated by that ARCC group.
They undoubtedly hold the largest database on hybrid fees, encompassing both disclosure and non-disclosure states. Currently, the so-called "gang of six" is systematically directing the majority of hybrid assignments to their own staff appraisers, who face the ultimatum of accepting the AMC fee or risk termination. This practice is clearly illegal, yet antitrust laws remain unenforced, allowing for an escalation of corruption within the industry.

When I go to see my endocrinologist, she reviews data that she receives from an app on my phone and spends about 3 minutes chatting with me about that data.
