There is nothing unprofessional about the post that I made earlier in this thread that apparently has gotten JGrant bent out of shape, nor did I personally attack JGrant....I criticized the substance of her position, nothing more and nothing less. If she or you do not like that, that is not my problem.AF Rules:
7. BE PROFESSIONAL.
a. Do not attack someone for a post they have made. Do not post anything about someone that you would not say to their face! If you have something negative to say about someone then contact them directly, DO NOT POST IT HERE! Do not post anything here that you would not want your grandmother or your daughter to read! THINK BEFORE YOU POST, USE COMMON COURTESY, AND BE NICE!
b. DO NOT attack someone because they ask a question! That is the purpose of this forum, to help each other and to learn. NO ONE was born an appraiser, everyone LEARNED to be an appraiser. The fact that someone is asking a question means they WANT to learn. If you can't answer a question without being sarcastic, or without making disparaging remarks to the person who asked the question, then DO NOT ANSWER.
Yep, just delete all of the posts from those who you disagree with whether or not those posts violate the rules. That would be a fine thing to do if this was the North Korean Appraisers Forum.Yeah,
you just need a moderator to delete all his posts, even if he didn't do anything against the rules.

The deletion of your posts in that thread are something you need to take up with the moderator who determined that those posts violated forum rules....that had nothing to do with me.
Check the test on the 1007 thread,
and yes, you have a point, but apparently it breezed right past you.

="DWiley, post: 2850637, member: 105626] The driving force for the GSEs is service time. Turn times on this work has historically been significantly lower.
You seriously need some sort of evidence to show that paying less for something results in lower quality?
