We may have 51 States or more soon. I am not kidding.
Not gonna happen.

Even if California decides to split into two or more states (one of the current current proposal is to break it into 3 states), they cannot do it without approval from the U.S. Congress which is not going to happen since most of the other states and their representatives and senators are not going to consent to dilute their own power in the Senate by in effect giving California 4 or 6 senators.

Louisiana lawyers don’t have that problem within their boundaries on antitrust law.

Oh yeah the famous low population grand total of 3 cow states out of the lower 48 states , the only places where the AMC;s are forced to pay decently...

Not true. There are many areas of the country where fees paid by AMCs are decent. I turned down four reports yesterday where the fees started with a 4. Ohio is just south of me and if I wanted to get an Ohio license I could get a lot of orders that start with a 4.

That’s not totally where antitrust law focuses. TIL disclosures, fair housing, market power on price due to market structure, etc all come in to play.

Discovery takes a while.. Not forever though.

And then on the next thread they will cry appraiser shortage. no kidding.

Collect and verify is USPAP.

We will see how borrowers and the State boards deal with incorrect information on the subject property provided by an unlicensed third party inspector hired by the agent of the lender. hahaha

I suggest you go back and read the relevant section of SR1-2c that you are attempting to interpret. Lines 481-485 speak directly to this topic. In fact, since you seem to be averse to even trying to understand the basics on this, let me post it for you so you won't be able to ignore it any more.

I realize you don't like it, but these are the facts.
