How many MLS's? The area I referred to is 120 miles x 60 miles or so - 100 miles one way, 20 miles the other, and fees she accepts are as low as $175...sorry, I can't do that and belong to 4 MLS's to boot.

1 main MLS that we belong to, which allows access to a total of 8 or 9 additional MLS boards throughout the state. Our lowest fee is $300 unless it's a re-do of a recent appraisal that is very local (10-15 miles or less) as a favor to a client (rare, but these discounts do happen).
