I Hate The Uad - Rant

Having done over 500 UAD reports, I still hate UAD because I find myself on every report, correcting the semantics to conform to UAD. Last night, it dawned on me how many minutes adding to hours which I wasted in UAD corrections.
 
I agree 100% with your rant. Well said.
 
The UAD is mind numbing tedium. After several months of i hired a typist because I'd get so frustrated.

Uh oh, the Crusaders will get you for that. Don't you know only ONE person is allowed to work on an appraisal? Shame on you.

Crusaders? Flashback to good ole Simpson who hated Crusaders as much as Osama did. FWIW, THIS crusader already has a file on you because I have proof you employed someone to type assignments in the past....unforgivable. As I've said before, I can't wait to review one of your reports.

As always, if you can't work for a living, become a review appraiser. It's a good living for a goat roper.
 
Believe it or not I have roped a goat. It was on an FFA outing. It was quite a shindig, much like the Roger Miller song chug a lug. We did the usual FFA bit, then proceeded to empty the contents of some illicit spirits someone had procured, then we had roping a riding....no big bulls, just unwilling steers, sheep and goats. Goats are not easy to rope after you've consumed adult beverages. Later we even played spin the bottle since the group was a 50/50 split. The powers that be at the school were not pleased. I never had the privileged life of youth golf at the country club and summer was not a verb like it is for you back east elitists, by we created fun. By the way, FFA and 4H are designations far superior to made as instructed. :)
