I just switched to Clickforms. Here is the good, the bad and the ugly

Can you import MLS data directly into the grid with Clickforms.
I use that in Total and it saves me a ton of typing. I can d/l all the comps in about 3 minutes.

Yes you can. But I found a lot of the data was missing and didn't always import correct. So it didn't save me any time because I had to review it all. But its possible I had some setup wrong. I want to get my Total software setup to do that, but haven't had time yet.

I created an Excel SS that I download the file too. I then have a template with dropdown menus to translate some of the data to UAD format. For instance, in Matrix they use "pending" where UAD uses contract.
Here's some screen shots...

It took a awhile to get it together, but well worth it.
There are just a few fields I have to do manually like "porch, patio, deck" but even these could be done with a dropdown menu.

Nice. I really need to look into this. I'd ask for your template, but unless your using FlexMLS I'm sure all the fields are so different it wouldn't work for my MLS anyway.

When Clickforms was walking me through their setup, they set it up to automatically make some of those changes. Their customer service in that regard was excellent.

Was thinking of the theme music for the movie of the thread title.

Is that what that comment was? I had the movie title in mind when I titled the thread, but I didn't know the movie well enough to know the theme song. That first comment makes much more sense to me know.

You can customize the import feature to your liking. Ask and they will show you. You don't have to use the default import for your MLS that Bradford puts out.

You can customize the conversion in the MLS importer. There is an XML file for the mapping and converting. Bradford help will walk you through it.
