I need some TLC....

Sometimes getting chewed out is the highest form of flattery.....it means you are doing something right, and those that have no ethics are upset about it. So, next time a homeowner/buyer/lender/realtor calls to chew you out, remember to smile and thank them for validating your integrity.

You are such a deal killer.

Thanks for the post. It is so much more fun when it happens to someone else.

Thanks again, everybody. I feel much better already. I sure wish I had this forum the first year or two I was in business by myself - I mean all by myself. The guy that works with me now would let me call him and ask him questions before he came to work with me. Sometimes you just have to ask someone else's opinion - whether you take it or not. It had been a long time since I got chewed out though. It might be motivation to hire a secretary. Perhaps I have a spare relative that needs work......

Oh, P. S. Dave - Cary never, ever said that in a movie. It was made famous by Goober - you know the Cary Grant look-alike?

I'm sorry - I typed in Dave instead of Dale - my brother-in-law's name is Dave. He needs a job - perhaps secretary?
