I feel that, in some small way, I contribute to society by correcting errors and promoting accuracy. I regard it as a good deed—perhaps earning me a few brownie points with God. I don't have a great deal of time to devote to doing this on the forum, but I do think there is value in identifying and exposing the most egregious offenders against accuracy and propriety. I consider that a modest contribution to the general good. You are one of the chosen.

Believe what you want but your rantings have been for vanity's sake.
Your superficial motivation is unlike mine.
What you are promoting with your computer models is to get rid of appraisers. You're complicit with AI (Artificial Intelligence to be clear for you) but AI will do a much better analysis than what you can do. You are decades too late.
We've been in appraisal business for a long long time and we have seen the changes.
From my insights and experience, I tell it as it is - the good and the bad in the appraisal business.
When I have criticism like about 1004MC and ANSI and 3.6, I see they have their flaws (unlike Dublin who must work for Fannie Mae seeing no wrong with Fannie and MAGA as a matter of fact).
I can't change Fannie but I can call them out to be better.
