My regional and City analysis run 10-20 pages....but I am winded.

Greg is practicing to become an AG and he likes to write. One day he will write a novel about all the towns and cities he works in.

Did not say anything was wrong - why does everyone "read into" their own interpretations ?

did say in my state you would need "Additional Licensing" - it appears to me to be more in the line of a "Home Inspection Report", for that you need to be Licensed in MY State.

any other mis-readings ya'll care to comment on ?

PS: I yam an advocate of the KISS method - Keep It Simple Stupid

Perhaps it was the Fruits and Nuts comment that made me misread .

If you are really feeling lazy, just type the link to Zillow and leave your report blank.

...or do you already do that?

Otherwise, take a nap. You'll feel better.

Greg,

I often used web links in narrative reports, especially if the client is from outside the local market area. For example, I often summarize the market area description and the zoning information and include a link to the web site with more detailed neighbrohood data. Sometimes I can provide a link to the entire zoning manual.

I often use links next to aerial photos as well. Th reader can view the aerial, or they can click on the link and tour the whole area.

This allows the appraisal report to stand on its own, but also allows a reader to gather even more information if they want.
