Spewing is about par for that blog... good choice of words.

Why so nasty? There's no call to be ornery on this forum. Or do you own appraisersblog?...

why are you in denial. too many AMC friends?

What IS a “ClearVal Appraisal”?

The appraisal management fee was $225.00. Of that the appraiser was given $25.00. 10:1 ratio-sounds about par. I’m sure its C&R. Heck, compared to what they pay in Bangalore or Mumbai, India its H U G E!

of course they need parrea. see above

brewer? the blog? spewing the truth? how dare they.:rof::rof::rof:
And remember who is the “chief appraiser” for CC now. Yeah, he’s going to clean up the mess. :rof:

Join us tomorrow, January 26th | 10AM-11AM CENTRAL TIME for this free, informative webinar.

On this episode of The Appraisal Report Webinar we will be discussing breaking news from FHFA and what this means for the independent appraiser and the appraisal industry at large.

What's the BREAKING NEWS? Well, FHFA recently issued a Request for Input (RFI) on appraisal-related policies, practices and procedures of Fannie/Freddie. Specifically, FHFA wants the Public's input on the GSE's appraisal modernization efforts as they relate to home mortgage loans.

Join Bryan and this qualified panel of Appraisal professionals as they discuss FHFA's recent RFI and examine the pros and cons of appraisal modernization efforts, and how they impact risk.

I wonder if Bryan Reynolds is going to ask Scot Rose about Classless Valuations blast order system. If he needs evidence, I have ten I received from them just last week. Something tells me, friends, to don’t tell on friends.

From the beginning of time I have always wondered why there was not a college level curriculum that would create/prepare an appraiser and set them loose with a license.

It's done for CPA's. It's done for attorneys. Why not for an appraiser?
