You know you want to be part of that roundtable... I don't mind giving Bryan or Diana a shout if you'd like me to?

No idea what that means - and please, please - for the love of god - don't elaborate.

Scott, quite a change in your avatar, has a Beauty and the beast theme.:rof:
Testing my theory that responses vary based on my appearance. Today.....I'm the blonde beauty Scottisha. lol

"PAREA providers must ensure at least three USPAP-compliant appraisals are completed by each participant as a condition of successful program completion."

only the AQB can confirm or deny the relevant information a potential appraiser needs to be part of the org.

PAREA will not expose trainees to all the other elements of appraisal practice that don't show up in a report.

The current mentorship system is broken. I would guess most people training now are only teaching form-filling with a list of adjustments. Parea can't be worse.

You've hit it. I've long contended that poor appraisers are the result of poor supervisory appraisers. I don't know that PAREA is the BEST solution, but simply asserting that, since someone has held a cert for 3 years somehow makes them qualified to 'teach' just doesn't make sense either.
